The Experience
How It Works
Lift Your Soul is not a formula. But here is what it always is: personal, intentional, and unlike anything you have experienced before.
Before your session, we will talk. Really talk. Because the work does not begin in front of the camera. It begins in your heart. And it continues long after you leave. We will also have a custom styling consultation so that every detail of how you show up reflects the story we are telling together.
On the day of your session, you will be treated to full professional hair and makeup services. Then we go to your location: not a generic studio backdrop, but your place. The place your soul comes alive – the woods, your home, a torn-down barn, the lake, the ocean, the mountains. We find it based on your heart and story, and that is exactly where we go.
When we start shooting, I do not change you. I never could. That is not mine to do. What I do is create the space for you to start seeing what was always there: the grace, the resilience, the story written all over you that is anything but ordinary.

I handle every detail in advance so that on shoot day, all you have to do is show up and enjoy it. Whether you want direction on every pose or the freedom to just be yourself, I’ll make sure you feel completely at ease.
