I will customize a package to suit your needs and we'll have fun setting it up! For inspiration, here is a "typical" shoot:

 

1.   You contact me however it's convenient for you, and we make plans!  Then, after you officially book and pay the session fee, we'll plan everything in detail: your vision, location ideas, style, wardrobe, final look and more.  An important part of a great portrait session is understanding who you are. That is where the magic truly happens, so we’ll meet for coffee or chat over Zoom for a personal, heartfelt conversation. This is your time to ask me anything and to share your story—your dreams, your heart, your life, even the challenges that have shaped you. I create a safe, empathetic space where you can reflect and feel at ease, setting the tone for a session that is deeply personal and authentically you. By understanding what moves you, what you love, and what feels most meaningful, I can craft an experience that reflects your depth and the season of life you’re in with honesty and beauty.

2.  Well before your session, my art consultant team will contact you by phone to explain all of the options for physical prints and art. Images and artwork are purchased separately from the session, and my team will guide you through all the options. Wall art begins at $995 and albums begin at $1250. You can purchase any time, but any pre-purchases can qualify for discounts of up to 30%.

3. Leading up to the session, you will receive an email with tips and instructions to make the day go perfectly. You will also receive a text or email reminder of our shoot time and location.

4.   During your session, you will experience more than a photoshoot—it’s a space to be present, to feel, and to embrace the moment fully. We’ll skip the stiff poses and instead focus on movement, laughter, and the quiet, in-between moments that hold the most meaning. I’ll guide you naturally, helping you sink into the experience so that every image reflects your story, your emotions, and the beauty of this time in your life. 

 

5. Approximately four weeks after your session is the "big reveal" where you will see your final images for the first time and make your selections. It's often emotional, and so much fun! My art team will remain available to help bring your images to life.
